13 CommentsScreenRecorder is a new application by Elton Bolzanac that allows you to record a video of your iPhone screen. Per the description of the app:
This application let’s you take video captures of your screen. This is extremely useful for quick tutorials or demonstrations, or when you want to show proof of a new hack you have accomplished. There are obviously many other uses for this. For example, you could use this like a “Notes” application, but with video instead of words!
Keep in mind that video recording is a very intense process, so crashing is very frequent on videos that have a capture time of more than 45 seconds.
I haven’t tried this app myself but from what I understand it is pretty unstable. While it sounds like a very promising app, I think it’s a little pricey at $1.99. Maybe a few updates to make it more stable will make this app very useful.

I love this new app! I used this app to help me when I’m doing tutorial videos for my friends in the Dominican Republic. The only thing negative thing about this app is that you have to set this app up with Backgrounder because is a real headache if you don’t have Backgrounder. But overall…this app is a 10 out of 10!
this a very useful app, i will use it to take video of all themes and post them on youtube.
Ill have to try when it becomes more stable.

@Derik…this app does exist! Is in Cydia under the Big Boss repo, the Xsellize repo, the beyouriphone repo and finally the sinfuliphone repo! Usually when Sebastien or Cody or one of the editors of this blog writes an app review is usually in Cydia! Do you really think that Steve Jobs would let something like this in the AppStore??? You have to be a complete moron to believe that “Mr. I don’t like porn”…would let something like this in the AppStore!

Ok, so i got it, when i record and im done. I SSH and get my video. when i open the video all it shows is a green screen. (i used Jet Audio, QuickTime, and Real Player. Real Player shows like 3 iphone pages and they r poorly coloured)

try to use VLC works for me, but looks like is out of sync when i record audio.
