Griffin Clarifi Case for iPhone 3G review

What makes the Griffin Clarifi iPhone 3G case stand apart from the other models in the market is a sliding macro lens which can be flipped into position, helping the iPhone’s camera to capture clearer macro images without investing in an expensive lens.

Pros:

  • The case is easy to put on
  • The case protects the handset very well
  • A screen protector is included in the box if you feel you might need it
  • The close-up lens works very well
  • Side buttons and the docking port are easily accessible

Cons:

  • The screen protector is hard to put on without making air bubbles
  • The On/Off positions can be tricky as the lens sometimes get stuck in the middle, resulting in a bad picture.

Overall: The Griffin Clarifi Case for iPhone 3G is a good investment if you need to take close-up shots. If not, don’t waste your money…
