I paid for and downloaded the itranslate - French application for my iphone and it doesn’t work. Not only that, Apple won’t support the application or help me figure out how to correct the problem. Instead they send me to the application developer, who’s site provides no information on trouble shooting or support options. Has anyone had a problem like this with downloaded aps that itunes charges for? I could use some advice, because I really want that ap. Thanks

    Peter
